Daily tips for your gluten free baking adventure!

 

Today’s Tip:

  • Scrape the bowl during mixing. Dry ingredients especially can get stuck to the bottom of the mixing bowl. Give it a good scrape to make sure your mixture will be evenly blended. You can use a traditional style rubber spatula or a bowl scraper to get better leverage.
