  • Make it a habit of rotating your baked goods halfway through your bake time. Many ovens, including even those in professional kitchens, bake slightly hotter on one side. Rotate your item half way through to get an even bake on your gluten-free cakes, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, pies and tarts!
