Daily tips for your gluten free baking adventure!

Today’s Tip:

  • Be careful with the salt when scaling up. If you’re not sure about keeping the salt proportional in a larger recipe, be conservative. You can always taste the batter and add a little bit more but you can’t remove it if it’s already too salty.
