We have chosen our favorite, high quality brands because these manufacturers have clearly stated Gluten-Free in their product descriptions or company info.* Hopefully, this list saves you a little work!
- Our preferred Gluten-Free, Aluminum-Free, Corn-Free Baking Powder is Hain’s Featherweight Baking Powder.
- Xanthan Gum helps to replace gluten’s stickiness. If you have a corn allergy, make sure your xanthan gum is corn-free such as the one from Bob’s Red Mill.
